Focusing on my relationship with my
inner- Soul Questar, I activate the
Archetype of the Coyote/Fool /Child.
Sensing the arrival of spontaneous new
explorations and positive opportunities,
for growth, inspires my 'Beginner's Mind'.
Random bursts of energy activate child-
like curiosity, as Divine Creator lovingly
orchestrates lessons for transforming fear.
My fear when activated is not for myself,
but for the health, safety and well being
of my beloved Son and my Grandchildren.
Loosening stubborn perceptions of how
things "should be" unfolding, I can relax
into trusting an evolving Higher Purpose.
Cultivating the awareness of signs and
signals, dreams, synchronistic events,
my intuitive senses become refined.
frightens us the most, we can visualize
light around our beloveds, find Peace.
As resistance to loss and change thaws,
we can explore healthy, new practices
for restoring flow to natural rhythms.
Inner-Coyote loves to distract us from
our productive plans, by tricking us with
seductive trances of prolonged inactivity.
Saying NO to what paralyzes us, allows
us to free ourselves from old reactive,
and addictive, Self-sabotaging impulses.
Adapting an attitude of Playful Curiosity,
we can begin moving from fearful postures
of the Victim to courageous Heroic stances.
The child-like Fool within loves to sing and
dance, draw outside the lines, finger paint,
write poetry, it is about finding a balance.
As ice begins to melt around my Heart,
I embody the movement of flow, which
energizes my passion for Adventure.
Releasing attachment to past sunsets,
each sunrise offers us a new beginning,
cultivating a new sense of resiliency.
