#19. Sun Dancer

The greenery in my living space is soaking 
up Sunlight, as it filters thru green sheers. 
Sunbeams illuminate the clutter on my 
Art table, revealing the need for sorting. 
A clock with the wrong time, sits upon
books and papers, demanding attention.

The absence of the tic and tock, remind 
me of the necessity of Sunlight for Life. 
I am gratitude for the Sun Rays providing 
Vitamin D, stimulating vital Serotonin. 
In our modern age, we're the first beings
to be struggling with a lack of Vitamin D. 

According to the Chinese I-Ching, the Sun
represents Divine Masculine energy, force.
Illuminating, magnetic Creative Source, it 
compliments a receptive, Dark Feminine.
The interplay of these primal forces spiral, 
giving birth to spirited Soul collaborations. 

Practicing meditation and visualization, 
the Mind's eye opens, to higher guidance. 
Visualizing Sunlight or watching reflections 
dance across water, can shift a foul mood.
Infusing Spiritual Intentions with the Sun
can yield abundance, with positive results. 

Ancient astrological symbols for Sun, 
represent the vitality of one's Identity. 
Depending on what House it arises in 
at time of Birth, it defines a Life Path. 
Sunlight soothes, warms, regenerates, 
inspires, motivates us to initiate action. 

Walking my dogs at Sunset, I am aware 
of filtered Light through rustling leaves. 
My inner-Creative's joy smiles outdoors, 
especially during the transition months. 
The Autumn Equinox Light is radiant,as
I offer gratitude for the Sun's blessings. 

Standing or sitting in Solitude, commune
with El Sol / Soul in Nature, and receive. 
Allow Sunlight to kiss your face and heart 
with warm healing, transforming energy. 
Open your third eye, crown, throat, belly, 
and move from Sadness to Acceptance. 

The benefits of Sun exposure can stabilize 
mood swings and lighten some depression. 
Be wise, listen to your body and mind and 
limit exposure to intense, harmful Sun rays.
Avoiding individuals who deplete and drain 
your vital energies, is a very wise practice. 

In a sacred place, where Bluffs meet Sea, 
a Great Golden Fire God, speaks to me. 
I pray Peace, as Sunlit waters kiss ferns, 
deep in a lush, enchanted, Fern Canyon. 
Inspired by solitude at Bold Bluffs Beach, 
a Song was born, honoring our Father Sun.

#18. Mystic Moon

Lucid Dream-Tides support me, as I swim 
with Dolphins in Moonlit turquoise Oceans. 
Doubt and fear dissolve in sacred waters, 
as I sail easily through Shadowy Initiations. 
Rhythmic Heartbeats, pulse with wisdom 
of Divine Feminine and inner-Masculine. 

Mysterious inner-Worlds, alive with new 
seeds of awareness, incubate creations.
Relaxing all concerns, I attract to myself, 
intriguing, creative, authentic relations. 
My Soul Mate finds me, in unexplored 
depths of fluid, sacred, Dreamtime. 

Keen Night Vision helps me see through
the addictive, Romantic Illusions of Love. 
Disengaging from all that is less than my 
Spiritual Essence, I align with God force.
My choices now reflect an abundant state 
of self-supportive, health and well being. 

Appearing on canvas are mystical images 
of great importance to my evolving psyche.
The Greek Guardian Anubis, stands tall,
near thresholds of subconscious realms. 

I paint him Half Man/ Half Jackal beside 

Cerberus,an Egyptian three-headed Dog. 

Both act as mediators for Souls traveling 

into the vast unknown,of the Dreamtime. 

Being a Hypnotherapist,I am interested in 

Past Lives, and Crossing Over into Afterlife. 

Near Death experiences fascinate me and 

I've been visited by loving, departed Souls. 

As a Pisces/Aries, Water and Fire create 

a mist, Alchemists call Dragon's Breath. 

Within realms of the imagination, Earth. 

Air, Water, Fire Dragons are Archetypes. 

I added Wood Dragon to align with the 

5 elements of ancient Chinese Medicine. 

Water Dragon dives deep into relations 

with passion to reveal all hidden secrets. 

Exposing memories and dreams to light, 

requires vulnerability, to master emotions. 

Walking on mystical paths, less traveled, 

requires courage, love and compassion. 

Fire Dragon helps us to focus on truth 

to transmute fear, transcend illusion. 

With Fire Breath practice, we access 

personal power, to overcome obstacles. 

Anger, doubt and fear are transformed 

with the intention of completing tasks. 

When the Moon is in the sign of Scorpio, 

as today, trine Mars at 7:16 am, square 

Jupiter at 9:03 am, it lends expansive 

energy, for insightful self-motivation. 

Scorpio Moon inspires time for healing 

retreat, inner-reflection, strategizing. 

Sensual appetites/addictions can be 

activated, so avoid all manipulation. 

Seek out loving professional support, 

when vulnerability borders obsession. 

Go within to incubate a Lucid Dream

#17. Guiding Light / Star of Hope

Awakening from a Dream, I sit upright 
and see Venus's Hopeful Light shining  
through an upstairs southern window. 
Veiled in mist, her presence radiates 
Hope into the Night, inspiring me, to  
light a candle for Son and Grandsons.

is an Opening for Light... a Gateway 
through which the Absolute Manifests."

Three Stars burned bright this afternoon, 
during a family birthday celebration for 
my Aunt, Cousin and my middle Brother. 
Gathering at local Mexican Restaurant 
now decorated with flowers, balloons, 
we feasted on delicious "mojo de ajo". 

Mounting his new motorcycle, my Son,

blessed with Sunlight, drives off into

a yet to be defined Life, he's creating.

Quieting the Fear growing inside of me,

I visualize Arc Angel Michael's Blue Light 
surrounding him, as I return to my present. 

Vulnerability, requires the willingness to 

hang out in the "I just Don't Know" mode. 
Sometimes, I don't know what to do or say, 
I don't know how I feel, or where to go. 
When I find myself revolving in the chaos 
of others, God/ess says," Stop!Go within!

Trusting "I have done enough" to prepare 
my Child for future challenges, demands 
I believe " I AM Enough", just as I Am. 
Surrendering attachment to outcomes, 
requires Faith in Divine Guidance with 
the Trust that a Higher Plan is at work. 

When we say, "All I can do is Pray"? Isn't 
that the first thing, rather than last thing, 
one should do when in a state of crisis?
Visualizing Jesus comforting a child in a 
Lighthouse, with a storm raging outside, 
reminds me that I Am a Beacon of Light. 

Emulating courageous, historical figures 
of great light, mastery of skill and talent or 
imagination and incite, we learn and grow. 
A recent film about the life, art and loves 
of Georgia O'Keefe including Soul Mate, 
A. Stieglitz, speak to us of collaboration. 

Their Love for each other is authentic, yet 
this sacred initiation almost costs her Life, 
due to his lust for lucid Female Muses. 
After an emotional breakdown, she finds 
her own illumination,in the glorious hues 
of light in the vast deserts of New Mexico. 

Last evening, as I sat down to write about 
the archetype of "The Star" the Academy 
Awards began broadcasting on my TV. 
A radiant audience of "Stars" gathered 
within a glittering auditorium to choose 
the brightest, funniest, most dramatic. 

Neil Patrick Harris grins effortlessly on 
stage, exuding hopeful, self-confidence 
while adorned in Angelic White attire.
Sarah McLachlan's ethereal voice sings 
reverent salute to the Departed Souls, 
shining now as radiant Heavenly Bodies. 

Enter Michael J. Fox, a living, breathing 
Way-Shower of patient determination, 
radiant Love in Action, Peace on Earth. 
Our generation has been blessed with our 
share of hopeful icons like John Lennon, 
JFK, RFK and Martin Luther King, Jr. 

As Soul Questars, we shine Divine Light 
out into the world, to illuminate the path 
for the multitudes, with words and action. 
Embodying the Spirit of Pioneering Work, 
as we affect change within, our relations 
change, creating a shift in the world,Gaia.

Blessed as Peacemakers, we now have the 
opportunity to embody Heaven on Earth,
as we learn to balance heart and mind. 
Mother Gaia and Father Geo unite within 
each of with each breath we take and the 
light of our own Creative Passion Shines.

#16. Towering Vortex / Tower

The Day began as every other day; 
Dawn arose, people had breakfast, 
drove to work, after dropping kids 
off at school, or began house work.
Birds sang, dogs barked, cats yawned. 

Then as choreographed, the horrific 
events of 9/11 unfolded, completely 
shocking and awakening a distracted, 
slumbering consciousness of our USA. 

The implications of this one event, 
challenged our belief systems and 
shattered all illusions of safety, our
trust in local and federal protection. 

A true Wake-Up-Call, this experience 
redefined a generations Personal and 
Collective Truth, shifting awareness, 
stimulating community involvement. 

All irrelevant, systems without true 
integrity, begin disintegrating, dying, 
resulting in feelings of vulnerable,
exposure, during a transformation. 

As a Snake shedding skin, the fabric  
of our ego's greatness, as individuals 
and a society,has been violently shed, 
leaving us questioning our realities. 

Each of us is now faced with personal 
initiations, as our outer environment 
starts to mirror inner- states of being, 
consciousness, now struggles to evolve.

Emerging from the "Valley of Death",
I am now faced with the fall out from 
the painful, destructive,"Earthquake" 
of my beloved Son's traumatic Divorce. 

All involved, including his two Children,
are struggling to find secure footing, on 
shaky, shifting, separating homelands, 
as priorities re-arrange familiar routines. 

Belief structures about Family, Marriage, 
Parenthood, Personal Health, Material 
Wealth, Security and Happiness are being 
re-examined, relationships are redefined. 

Life changing questions are being asked. 
Who are we becoming in relationship to 
each other? in relationship to our family, 
our workplaces and co-workers, ourselves?

New Pathways are bravely being forged. 
We are heading into unknown, undefined,  
unexplored, personal territories, tempting 
us, to surrender inner-strength to FEAR. 

As literal and metaphorical twin Towers 
are transformed into volcanic Vortexes, 
within the fire and smoldering ashes, the
true fabric of our FAITH is being tested. 

TRUSTING in ourselves first and then in 
each other's Personal Process takes so 
much Courage, patience, compassion, 
respect, hope, and unconditional love. 

Our open Hearts pray Divine Guidance, 
for the assistance to help us crawl out of 
the rubble of our mistakes, to forgive all 
that must be forgiven, to move forward. 

Angels and Arc Angels grant us peaceful 
Acceptance of what we cannot change, 
understanding of what we can change, 
and the wisdom to tell the difference. 

May all wounds within our Past be healed,
as we step up to the plate, to embody the 
Wisdom of our Ancestors with Integrity, 
knowing it is our Love that seeds eternity.

#15. Lord Pan / Devil

and to execute the Discipline, necessary 
to bring into form our Creative Visions,

The Archetype of the Devil is one that 
continues to evolve culturally over time. 
In ancient Greece, Lord Pan was the God 
of celebration and the sensual pleasures. 
Attuned with animal instincts and Nature, 
his image is one of Half Man/Half Goat. 
Sure footed and silly as are Goats, he is 
also a Human Visionary,influenced by his 
astrological rulers Capricorn and Saturn.

The lessons offered from inner-Lord Pan,
involve enjoying Earthly Pleasures while 
setting and respecting healthy Boundaries. 

Being intuitive and following what attracts 
us to new experiences, situations, places, 
people and relationships, we learn lessons.
Sensing the danger of falling into chronic 
Addictive Behavior, we stay true to our 
Vision and Dreams, remaining present, 
and non-reactive with those around us.

I recently learned that Saturn's beautiful 
majestic Rings are made primarily of ice.
With new technologies, scientists are now 
discovering that many Planets have Rings.
Planet Earth is the solitary Planet with a 
man-made mechanical, Ring controlled by 
dark, uninitiated, unenlightened beings.
Our atmosphere is becoming a junk yard.

The challenge for our generation, is to 
find healthy ways to navigate through  
this expanding, Technical Mind Field. 

Being selective, setting limits, we can 
truly enjoy this stream of information.
Establishing safe guards from negative, 
violent, sexual, programming from the 
networks with self- involved agendas,
is a personal choice and responsibility. 

Mother Theresa once expressed that 
she was not interested in resisting or 
taking a stand against something, 
but if shown a cause to stand for, 
she would be there in a Heartbeat.

The beauty of Life on Planet Earth 
is that there are many opportunities 
for us to choose, learn and grow from.
Do we choose distraction, indulgence, 
addiction, escapism, or do we choose 
experiences for evolving humanity?
